  We are working on a number of research projects. The most active ones currently include MoVIS (Mobile Visitor Information System), our xLx e-learning platform and data warehouse schema design.

• Publications

  Here you can find a number of publications by Prof. Vossen and members of his group. Among these are books such as "Rechneraufbau und Rechnerstrukturen" or "Web & Datenbanken," dissertations, and conference as well as journal papers. We publish mostly in English and sometimes in German.

• Newsletter archive

  The newsletter of the Database Group is published every half year and contains selected topics of our group, news and guest lectures of the following semester (in german). The archive provides an overview of past newsletters and you can order the current one as PDF or print version.

• Cooperations

  We are constantly cooperating with a number of companies as well as with other universities. Our goal is to join forces where common interests arise, and to transfer knowledge from research to economy, or from theory to practice.
